Bitter Beginnings, Sweet Endings: My Coffee-Infused Blog Debut

Welcome to my life. I am writing my first blog, sitting under the fairy lights in a cafe, surrounded by people with their dogs or laptops (oh, sometimes books). The weather outside is my favorite kind of weather, mid 40s with LOTS of sun and clear skies. I can wear whatever I want, put on a wool coat and I am good to go. As usual, I asked the barista to put extra shot of espresso in my coffee - but I was ordering the café con leche, so what was I thinking? It came out to be extremely bitter (4 shots in a tiny cup), but the sweet guy fixed it and now here I am. Good coffee, full heart.
Have a sip of espresso, then have a sip of water and you should taste the tasting notes of coffee, be it chocolate, peppermint, figs or nuts. Do you taste it? That's when you know the espresso is perfect. In my blog, you can anticipate a blend of caffeinated and vinous adventures as I escape my day-time desk job.
